What do you mean by Full Copyrights and Ownership Certificate?

After you have chosen the final logo design, you will be presented with an Ownership Certificate. This certificate is document that contains the name of the designer and other information detailing that the logo design is original. This document is a proof that you have full copyrights of the logo design.

In case you will encounter legal problems because of your logo and you don't know the name of the designer or even the company then you will not have any edge on the legal case. Which is why, the Ownership Certificate is very important.

But you don't have to worry about legal problems since we always provide our clients their Ownership Certificate and the company's information is available to the public. Also, our company has been awarded the AAA credit rating from Dun & Bradstreet which ensures you that we only provide quality service and output to our clients.

Do I have full copyright of my logo?

Yes, as mentioned above, full copyright is provided to the final logo you receive.

Do you make use of clipart in your design?

No, our professional designers create the logos from scratch.

What's the turnaround time for the first set of logo samples?

You will receive the first 3 logo samples within 24hours, that is after our support notifies you via email that your order has already been assigned to a designer. Usually, the logo samples are given during work hours that is 7am-5pm. After our designers receive your order, they will work on the first set of logo samples immediately and will it to you within that 24 hours. For revisions, it usually takes 3-4 days, you might think this is too long but this helps our designers better understand your needs.

In case I don't want the 3 logo samples sent, what happens next?

After you send us feedback, our designer will review your feedback and logo requirements and will continue on by creating another set of logo samples. Revisions can take up to 3-4 days and you will be notified by the designer about it.

How many revisions am I entitled to?

You are provided with unlimited revisions though you are only presented with 10 unique logo samples to choose from. This is to make sure that you get the logo you need.

What do you mean by 100% refund guarantee?

This means that, if in any case, you are not happy with the logo samples or the service you have been receiving we will give your money back or a gift certificate that you can use in any of our service. Though, we always ask our clients to let the assigned designer send them 10 logo samples, so you can have different choices. This is to prove that we are committed in providing you with the best service and output. Though, refund claims are not entertained if the final files have already been sent to the client.

I rarely pay for service or product online, can I trust you?

We have 2 payment options which are through Paypal or bank transfer. Paypal is recognized worldwide as one of the safest online payment portal so you are guaranteed that your money is safe. If you for any reasons, are not happy with our service and/or deliveries, we will refund you, with no questions asked and without any fees. We will provide the refund by returning the money directly back to you, and/or in certain cases provide a gift card certificate that can be used towards any of our products in the future. However, we would advise that you first allow our design team to deliver a minimum of 10 unique logo design concepts, so that we can provide a good selection of logos you like, and hence prove that we indeed have the required skills, determination and persistency to solve any logo design project given to us. Also please note that the refund cannot be granted if the final files for your logo/business card/stationery/website have already been delivered to you.
