   What if I want to change the logo I choose from the gallery?

  We will do simple adjustments for you as changing colors, font type or put
 a slogan on (if you list this as requirement in order form). Generally we
 charge EUR 49 pr hour for changes done after that.

   What if I find a logo but want to change the symbol or the graphic?

   We will help you with graphical adjustments. If these changes require
 certain time our hourly charge is EUR 49 pr hour. We will do most changes
 of graphical nature within an hour. Exceptions can occur, but we will always
 give you an estimate of what we believe adjustments will require of time in
 advance. Remember in our maintenance program we include upgrades and
 changes in logo design 4 times pr year, so you really do not have to think
 about this, unless extensive changes has to be made.

   Can I do adjustments myself?

  If you have programs like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or other graphical
 programs on your PC it will technically be possible. It all depends on how
 familiar you are with the program. If you are not familiar with the program,
 we would not recommend try doing any changes yourself.

   Is the logo I receive unique?

  Yes. There is only 1 of each logo in our gallery. When your purchase has
 been confirmed the chosen logo will be removed from the gallery, and only
 be available for you.

   How long time does it take before I receive my logo?

  Usually we use between 24 - 48 hours before your logo is ready. If you
 order the logo on a late Friday, Saturday or Sunday we will receive this
 message on Monday morning. The work will then start, and the logo will be
 ready within 24-48 hours from Monday morning.

   Can I change logo if I regret on the logo I choose?

  Unfortunately we cannot accept to change a logo you have already bought.
 It is therefore important that you use time before you take a final decision.

   What can I use my logo for?

  Your logo comes in different file formats for different use. The logo can be
 used to all from Word documents, PowerPoint presentations to print of
 business cards, brochures or other promotional material at professional print
 houses.
